A major university's conference and event center was running on 18 aging UPS systems spread across IT rooms throughout the building. Replacing them all meant orchestrating work across many spaces and a busy operating schedule, without disrupting the events and operations the center hosts.

Comp-Utility planned and executed a building-wide refresh, replacing and upgrading all 18 UPS systems within a scheduled window. We handled the removal and responsible recycling of the legacy units and installed and reconfigured the new systems, coordinating tightly around the center's calendar.
