Purchase Orders
must include the following information:
- The correct
SHIP TO and BILL TO information.
- A contact
name and phone number for the purchaser.
- A contact
name and phone number for the end user (person using the product).
- Write "Comp-Utility
State of Texas Catalog Order, latest Edition" on the P.O.
- Complete
description, item no., quantity, price each item and total amount
of P.O.
Order Modifications:
Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. If you need to modify an
order already placed, please contact your Account Representative,
who will discuss your needs and offer recommendations. Any CUC approved
modifications to existing orders must be in writing and arrive before
shipment.
Shipping: All
shipments, except as expressly written otherwise are FOB FACTORY,
FREIGHT ALLOWED via ground. Products may be shipped overnight, 2-day,
or other means with additional charge.
All orders must
comply with Comp-Utility Standard Terms and Conditions.
